Maybe it's a photograph from your mom's 90th birthday. A poster from a museum exhibit or favorite film that resonates in you. An impromptu sketch or a Picasso. From the simple to the sophisticated, we respectfully handle your artwork while it is on loan to us.
We work closely with you on all levels of detail so that you can make informed decisions about the highest quality archival materials you select. We continue to work with renowned pieces of art and amateur and emerging artists whose works include photography, paintings on canvas or papers, and giclee.
We recognize that history -- our own as individuals or as part of the world collective -- marks us. And the physical shape of that history is different for each of us. One person's jersey is another's patches from scouting, or a veteran's medals from war. A puzzle. Ticket stubs. Money from another country.
We work closely with you to preserve these remnants of life that are cherished and important to you.
SOMETIMES, THERE ARE JUST NO DO-OVERS.
Our goal is to frame these decisive moments with a designer's eye, custom materials and aesthetic dimension the are equal to the occasion.
Decisive moments include:
· Bar & Bat Mitzvahs
· Recognition (diplomas, licenses, awards and certificates)
Mirrors add function to a room and framed mirrors add character and make magic. From simple to stylized, our goal is to match the mood of your room with the frame or even glaze that says "you."
We handle all aspects of customizing your mirror. We can supply you with a mirror, including customized dimensions, as well as framing a mirror you own.
Sometimes, you have artwork that you would like to see displayed with only a frame. Canvasses are typically custom framed in this manner.
We can stretch it and add a frame. We also can gallery wrap -- securing it to a strainer bar -- without a frame. We have a wide variety of deep moldings and floater frames available to customize.
We are mad about textiles and framing their stories. Our experience includes large tapestries that were a few hundred years old and rich in history, as well as rugs, needlework and ketubahs.
If you value a textile you have, talk to us about showcasing it.
